We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang (waiters & waitresses) to join Remy & Enchanté, the French gastronomic restaurants on board Disney Cruise Line.
With a menu created by Arnaud Lallement (3* Michelin Chef, L’Assiette Champenoise, rated 3rd best restaurant in the world), the Remy & Enchanté restaurants (60 covers), present on 3 of the Disney ships (Dream, Fantasy and Wish) offer to the guests a true gastronomic experience.
The teams, front of house and kitchen, are recruited for their gastronomic backgrounds and skills to offer a 2* Michelin level experience to the passengers.
Ships itineraries are mainly in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Contracts are for 4 months and are renewable with 2 months vacation between contracts.
Included on board are: food, accommodation, medical insurance, uniform.
Disney Cruise Line would provide on board upon arrival the necessary safety training.
Salary is between $5,000 and $6,000 per month (including wine sales).
It is tax-free as you would be working in international waters (on board and in the UK).
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a similar role and in a similar establishment
Ability to recommend and pair European wines
